Meet Eric Solomon
Eric Solomon is a South Florida native and a 1997 graduate of the University of Florida. With more than 30 years of experience in real estate, Eric has built a diverse and successful career spanning brokerage, investing, lending, and business ownership.
Over the course of his career, he has owned and operated a real estate brokerage and insurance agency, participated in thousands of real estate transactions, and invested in numerous fix-and-flip projects. Eric also built a rental property portfolio from the ground up, growing it to more than 54 properties through strategic acquisitions and long-term investment principles.
Today, Eric leverages his extensive experience through Island Funding Group, where he provides private capital to real estate investors, structures creative seller-financing solutions, and helps clients navigate complex real estate opportunities. Known for his practical knowledge, entrepreneurial mindset, and commitment to continuous learning, Eric brings decades of real-world experience to every transaction and relationship.

As a lifelong South Florida resident and Loan Operations Manager for Island Funding Group, Yndira Rosaly builds trust by balancing experienced deal-making in the lending world with local real estate insight. Her background in both real estate and private lending allows her to recognize each client's specific needs, ensuring a smooth transaction. Yndira specializes in structured asset-backed bridge financing and fast-turnaround hard money loans for rehab and investor projects. For Yndira, the importance of a transaction is not just about the numbers; it is about building long-term relationships with her clients. In her free time, Yndira enjoys long walks on the beaches of Naples and watching the beautiful sunsets.
